树木画投射定量指标在精神分裂症和抑郁症中的差异性分析

Difference Analysis of Quantitative Indexes of Tree-drawing Test Painting in Schizophrenia and Depression

目的通过对精神分裂症患者、抑郁症患者树木画投射指标的提取和定量分析,探索精神分裂症患者及抑郁症患者树木绘画投射的特征指标,为精神科辅助诊断提供依据。方法对67名精神分裂症患者、43名抑郁症患者和59名正常对照组施测树木绘画测验,同时采用计算机图像识别和数据采集,对树木投射画进行定量研究,并对三组测验结果进行统计分析。结果树木绘画投射测验在精神分裂症患者、抑郁症患者和健康者之间经过ANOVA检验,在树冠面积、树冠高度、树冠宽度、树干宽度、树干面积、总面积6项指标存在统计学意义,P值分别为:0.000,0.003,0.000,0.000,0.002,0.000;树干高度、树根宽度、树根高度、树根面积、树冠树干高度之比、树冠树干面积之比6项指标无统计学意义。经过LSD-t检验,精神分裂症组与抑郁症组相比11项指标差异无统计学意义,树冠宽度(0.039)差异有统计学意义。结论精神分裂症组、抑郁症组和正常对照组所画的树木有6项定量指标存在统计学差异,6项定量指标差异无统计学意义。说明树木绘画投射定量指标对精神疾病的辅助诊断可能有一定价值。

Objective Through the extraction and quantification analysis of the projection index of the tree-drawing painted by schizophrenia and depression,to explore the characteristic indexes of patients with schizophrenia or depression trees drawing projection and provide the basis for the diagnosis of psychiatric diseases.Methods A tree-drawing test was performed on 67 schizophrenic patients,43 depression patients and 59 healthy subjects using the control study design.Using computer image recognition and data acquisition,quantitative research on tree projection drawing,and statistically analyze the results of the three groups..Results Tree-drawing test quantitative indexes in the projection test between patients with schizophrenia or depression patients and healthy subjects after ANOVA test,there is statistical significance in the six indexes of crown area,crown height,crown width,trunk width,trunk area and total area,P values are 0.000,0.003,0.000,0.000,0.002,0.000 respectively;there is no statistical significance in the sis indexes of trunk height,root width,root height,root area,ratio of crown trunk height and ratio of crown trunk area.After LSD-t test,there is no statistical significance in 11 indexes of schizophrenia group compared with depression group,and there was statistical significance in crown width(0.039).Conclusion There are six quantitative indexes have statistically significant among schizophrenic patients,depression patients and normal people in the tree-drawing test,six quantitative indexes no statistically significant.The quantitative index of tree drawing test is of some value in the assistant diagnosis of mental diseases.
