社区全科教学基地硬件设施与师资力量的现况调查

A Survey on the Faulties and Hardware Facilities of General Practitioners Standardized Training Communities

目的了解上海市部分社区教学硬件设施、师资力量及全科规培学员情况,评估社区教学基地、师资和规培学员的优势与不足。方法随机选取上海市部分住院医师规范化培训社区教学基地,以问卷形式了解社区教学基地硬件设施、全科师资力量及全科规培学员情况。结果师资36名:男8例,女28例;全科规培学员:男20例,女28例。均为医学专业本科以上学历,其中5.6%拥有硕士以上学历,38.9%带教师资带教年限达到5年以上,94.4%师资参加过省部级以上师资培训,83.3%师资拥有二三级医院专家下社区独立带教学习经历。22.2%社区教学基地门诊相应设备欠齐全。结论大部分社区教学基地缺乏教学观察室,社区带教师资在资质上能够承担社区教学任务。但社区带教师资带教年限还不够长,在今后社区带教经验方面还有很大的提升空间。社区全科带教师资热心全科医学教育,但在社区带教过程中,沟通能力有所欠缺。社区带教师资在科研能力、带教时间、每年完成42学时由省、部级师资培训中心组织的师资培训,并取得相应的师资培训合格证书等方面还有待进一步提高。

Objective To get to know the faculties,hardware facilities,and general training students of some communities in Shanghai,and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of community teaching bases,teachers and training students.Methods Randomly selected some Shanghai general practitioners standardized training communities,to investigate the hardware facilities,teachers and trainees of the community teaching bases.Results 36 teachers:8 male,28 female;General practitioners:20 males,28 females.All of them have bachelor's degree or above in medical specialty,among which 5.6%have master's degree or above,38.9%have more than 5 years of teaching experience.94.4%of the teachers have attended the provincial or ministerial level teacher training,and 83.3%of the teachers have independent teaching and learning experience under experts from secondary or tertiary hospitals.22.2%of the community teaching bases are lack of some teaching outpatient service equipment.Conclusion Most of the community teaching bases lack of teaching observation room,all the community teachers have qualifications to undertake teaching tasks.However,the years of community teaching are not long enough,and there is still room for improvement in the experience of community teaching in the future.Community general practice teachers are enthusiastic about general practice medical education,but their communication skills are lacking in the process of community teaching.The resources of community teachers need to be further improved in terms of scientific research ability,teaching time,annual completion of 42 hours of teacher training organized by provincial and ministerial teacher training centers,and obtaining corresponding teacher training certificates.
