精准化健康教育在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用

Application of Precision Health Education in Postoperative Breast Cancer Patients

目的分析乳腺癌患者应用精准化健康教育的效果。方法本次研究的主体为广西桂林市中医医院收治的120例乳腺癌手术患者,选取时间段为2019年1月—2020年1月,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。将常规健康教育应用于对照组临床治疗,观察组采用精准化健康教育模式,对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者健康知识的掌握情况更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者抑郁(SDS)、焦虑(SAS)情绪改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后肩关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者干预后生活质量平均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精准化健康教育应用于接受乳腺癌手术治疗患者临床中能取得良好效果,其对提高患者健康知识的掌握掌握度,缓解患者不良情绪,改善患者肩关节功能等方面发挥重要作用,其具有的优势值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of accurate health education in patients with breast cancer.Methods The main body of this study is 120 patients with breast cancer surgery in the hospital.The selected time period is from January 2019 to January 2020.The patients are randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.One group is the control group and the other group is the observation group.Results Compared with the control group,the health knowledge of the observation group was better,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the effect of depression(SDS)and anxiety(SAS)in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of shoulder function after intervention in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life after the intervention of the observation group was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision health education in the treatment of patients with breast cancer has good effect in the treatment of patients with breast cancer.The mastery of the health knowledge plays an important role in reducing the bad mood of the patient,improving the function of the shoulder joint of the patient,and the like,and has the advantages of being worthy of popularization and use.
