消化道肿瘤患者实施系统营养护理支持及中医特色护理效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Nutrition Nursing Support and Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing for Patients with Digestive Tract Tumor

目的研究消化道肿瘤患者实施系统营养护理支持及中医特色护理的效果。方法新乡医学院第一附属医院2015年1月—2017年6月期间本院收治的消化道肿瘤患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施系统营养护理支持与中医特色护理。比较两组干预后相关营养指标和两组干预前后焦虑和抑郁评分。结果试验组干预后各项营养指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前不良情绪评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组评分优于对照组且数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道肿瘤患者实施系统营养护理支持与中医特色护理的效果较好,能有效促使患者营养状态提升,并促使患者生活质量提升,临床价值较高。

Objective To study the effect of nutrition nursing support and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for patients with digestive tract tumor.Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,100 patients with digestive tract tumors were randomly divided into control group and trial group 50 cases each.The control group carried out routine nursing,the experimental group carried out systematic nutrition nursing support and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.Compare the related nutritional indicators after intervention in the two groups,and compare the scores of anxiety and depression before and after intervention in the two groups.Results The nutritional indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after intervention,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Pre-intervention Adverse Emotional Assessment There was no significant difference in score(P>0.05),and the score of test group after intervention was better than that of control group and the data difference was significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of systematic nutrition nursing support and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for patients with digestive tract tumor is better,which can effectively promote the nutritional status of patients,and promote the quality of life of patients,and the clinical value is higher.
