全程护理模式在宫颈癌精准放疗中的实施效果

The Effect of Whole Course Nursing Mode in Precise Radiotherapy for Cervical Cancer

目的探讨全程护理模式在宫颈癌精准放疗中的实施效果。方法将167例宫颈癌盆腔放疗患者按时间先后分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规放疗护理,试验组采用全程护理模式,统计两组患者对放疗配合的依从性、急性放射性肠炎、放射性膀胱炎、放射性皮炎的发生率及患者对护理的满意度。结果试验组对放疗配合的依从性达到75.29%,明显高于对照组28.05%(P<0.05);试验组急性放射性肠炎、放射性膀胱炎、放射性皮炎发生率47.06%,低于对照组78.05%(P<0.05);且试验组满意度明显高于比较组;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌精准放疗中实行全程护理模式,有助于提高患者对放疗配合的依从性,降低放疗并发症的发生率,并提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of whole course nursing mode in precise radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods 167 patients with cervical cancer undergoing pelvic radiotherapy were divided into control group and experimental group according to the time sequence.The control groupreceived normal radiotherapy nursing,whilethe experimental group was given the whole course nursing mode.Compliance with radiotherapy,incidence of acute radiation enteRITis,radiation cystitis,radiation dermatitis and satisfaction of patients with nursing were counted.Results The compliance of the experimental group with radiotherapy was 75.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 28.05%(P<0.05);the incidence of acute radiation enteRITis,radiation cystitis and radiation dermatitis in the experimental group was 47.06%,lower than 78.05%in the control group(P<0.05);and the patients'satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion The implementation of whole course nursing mode in precise radiotherapy for cervical cancer is helpful to improve patients'compliance with radiotherapy,reduce the incidence of complications of radiotherapy,and improve patients'satisfaction.
