针刺结合耳穴压籽治疗中风后失眠的临床探究

Clinical Study on Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Pressing Ear Acupoint with Seed on Insomnia after Stroke

目的观察针刺配合耳穴压籽治疗中风后失眠的疗效。方法将204例中风后失眠患者随机分为针刺配合耳穴压籽组、西药组、针刺结合耳穴压籽组加西药组,每组68例。针刺配合耳穴组采用常规针刺,配合王不留行籽常规耳穴贴压;西药组口服舒乐安定,共服用两个疗程;针刺结合耳穴压籽组加西药组在针刺配合耳穴贴压基础上口服舒乐安定。治疗前后分别对匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及治疗前后的睡眠效率进行定量观察,客观评价针刺配合耳穴压籽治疗中风后失眠的疗效。结果治疗1个疗程后,组间总有效率差异有统计学意义(93.65%,73.02%与97.01%,P<0.05),针耳组及针耳药组队中风后失眠的改善情况均优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合耳穴压籽可更为有效地提高中风后失眠的临床治疗效果,其治疗副作用小,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture connecting with ear seeds on insomnia after stroke.Methods The 204 patients of insomnia after stroke were randomly distributed into acupuncture connecting with ear seeds group,western medicine group,and acupuncture connecting with ear seeds and western medicine group,with 68 patients in each group.We take ordinary acupuncture in acupuncture connecting with ear seeds group,one time a day for 30 minutes,applying with ear seeds,one time a day,pressing for 15 minutes.The whole course lasts for 20 days.Medicine group gives hypnotics to the patients,one time a day for one pill,which lasts for 20 days.Acupuncture connecting with ear seeds and western medicine group combine the treatment of the former two groups,which lasts for 20 days.Pittsburgh sleep quality index and sleep efficiency before and after the treatment were quantitatively observed respectively.The effect of acupuncture connecting with ear seeds for the treatment of insomnia after stroke was objectively evaluated.Results After a course of treatment,the total effective rates among groups are the statistically different(93.65%,73.02%and 97.01%,P<0.05).Acupuncture connecting with ear seeds group and acupuncture connecting with ear seeds and western medicine group have better effect than western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture connecting with ear seeds could improve the clinical effect of treatment in insomnia after stroke,whose side effect is also little and is worth popularizing.
