杓状软骨复位术治疗环杓关节脱位临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Reduction of Dipper Cartilage in Treatment of Dislocation of Ring-Dipper Joint

目的探讨杓状软骨复位术治疗环杓关节脱位的临床效果。方法选择成都市新都区中医医院、成都市新都区人民医院、成都军区总医院收治行杓状软骨复位术,23例环杓关节脱位患者,通过回顾性方法分析其治疗方法、临床效果。结果23例环杓关节脱位患者治疗后,3例患者仅1次复位便成功,4例患者需进行2次复位,剩余16例患者需进行3~4次的复位治疗,其中有7例患者关节未完全恢复;治疗后的GRBAS评分中,治疗后3个月有19例患者嗓音恢复正常,所有患者的发音质量均有改善。结论使用杓状软骨复位术治疗环杓关节脱位患者有助于提升临床疗效,改善患者嗓音,可临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of reduction of dipper cartilage in the treatment of dislocation of ring-dipper joint.Methods Twenty-three patients with clavicular cartilage reduction were selected for treatment in the Xindu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Chengdu Xindu District People's Hospital and Chengdu Military Region General Hospital.The treatment methods and clinical effects were analyzed retrospectively.Results After treatment of 23 patients with circumflex joint dislocation,3 patients succeeded with only 1 reduction,4 patients required 2 reductions,and the remaining 16 patients required 3 to 4 reductions,of which 7 patients had joints Incomplete recovery;in the GRBAS score after treatment,the voice of 19 patients returned to normal 3 months after treatment,and the pronunciation quality of all patients improved.Conclusion The treatment of patients with dislocation of cirrochondral joint by the reduction of dipper cartilage is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy,improve the voice of patients,and can be clinically promoted.
