双轨道互动干预模式对社区慢性病治疗依从性及并发症的影响

Effects of Dual-Track Interactive Intervention Model on Community Chronic Disease Treatment Compliance and Complications

目的总结双轨道互动护理干预模式对社区慢性病治疗依从性及并发症的影响。方法分析研究对象为社区医院收治的150例社区慢性病患者,按照平行分组法分为两组,对照组75例应用常规护理,观察组75例则予以双轨道互动护理干预模式,评价不同护理应用效果。结果观察组护理干预实施后的治疗依从性(药物正确使用、饮食控制、适当运动、疾病指标监测)水平优于对照组,观察组健康知识掌握率优于对照组,并发症发生率、不良生活习惯少于对照组,良好习惯高于对照组,躯体健康、睡眠状况以及心理健康等生活质量评分高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区慢性病实施双轨道互动护理干预,可显著提高患者治疗依从性,抑制病情发展,应用效果显著。

Objective To summarize the effect of dual-track interactive intervention model on community chronic disease treatment compliance and complications.Methods 150 patients with community chronic diseases admitted to community hospitals were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the parallel grouping method.Results Intervention after implementation of treatment adherence(drug used correctly,diet,proper exercise,disease index monitoring)level in observation groupis better than that of control group,health knowledge rate in the observation groupis better than that of control group,the incidence of complications,bad living habits,less than the control group,good habit is higher than the control group,the body health,sleep and mental health quality of life score higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of dual-track interactive intervention for community chronic diseases can significantly improve patients'treatment compliance,inhibit the development of the disease,and achieve significant application effect.
