摘要
目的为了提高儿科临床患儿呼吸系统疾病的治疗效果,对其给予糖皮质激素并以家庭雾化吸入的方式进行治疗,研究其治疗效果与临床价值。方法纳入此次研究的对象共200例,且均为浙江省桐乡市第四人民医院儿科临床上接收治疗的呼吸系统疾病患儿,纳入的时间范围是2016年9月—2018年9月。根据不同的临床治疗方法将其平均分作了2组,即甲组(n=100例,行常规的抗病毒、平喘、消炎治疗),乙组(n=100例,在甲组基础给予布地奈德混悬液家庭雾化吸入治疗),比较其疗效。结果(1)两组的安全性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但甲组治疗的总有效率(83.00%)低于乙组(98.00%)(P<0.05)。(2)甲组患儿各项症状消失的时间均长于乙组(P<0.05)。(3)两组治疗前的QOL评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但治疗后乙组的QOL评分高于甲组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以糖皮质激素家庭雾化吸入的方式对儿科呼吸系统疾病患儿进行治疗,不仅安全性高、治疗效果显著,而且能尽快改善其症状,提高患儿的生活质量。
Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of respiratory diseases in pediatric clinical children,glucocorticoids were given and treated by inhalation in the family to study the therapeutic effect and clinical value.Methods A total of 200 subjects were enrolled in the study,and all of them were children with respiratory diseases who received clinical treatment in the hospital.The time range was September-September 2016 to September 2016.According to different clinical treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,namely group A(n=100 cases,routine antiviral,antiasthmatic,anti-inflammatory treatment),group B(n=100 cases,given in group A)Budesonide suspension family aerosol inhalation treatment),compare its efficacy.Results(1)There was no difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05),but the total effective rate of treatment in group A(83.00%)was lower than 98.00%in group B(P<0.05).(2)Group A The time of disappearance of all symptoms was longer than that of group B,P<0.05.(3)There was no difference in QOL scores before treatment between the two groups,P>0.05.However,the QOL score of group B was higher than that of group A after treatment.The statistical difference was P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases by glucocorticoid family inhalation is not only safe,but also has a significant therapeutic effect,and can improve symptoms and improve children as soon as possible and quality of life.
