类风湿关节炎合并冠心病临床病例资料回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Clinical Data of Rheumatoid Arthritis Combined with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨类风湿关节炎并发冠心病的高危因素,给临床预防和诊治该疾病提供科学依据。方法选择2015年3月—2019年3月民航总医院64例类风湿关节炎合并冠心病患者作为观察组,选择同期64例单纯类风湿关节炎患者作为对照组,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,筛选类风湿关节炎患者并发冠心病的独立危险因素。结果观察组患者的Hcy、抗CCP以及IL-6水平均要显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Hcy是类风湿关节炎并发冠心病的独立危险因素(OR=1.694,95%CI=1.181,2.553,P=0.023)。结论类风湿关节炎合并冠心病患者存在高Hcy血症,Hcy为其独立危险因素。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary heart disease,and to provide scientific basis for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods 64 patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary heart disease in Civil Aviation General Hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 64 patients with pure rheumatoid arthritis in the same period were selected as the control group.Clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed to select independent risk factors of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary heart disease.Results Hcy,anti-ccp and il-6 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Hcy is an independent risk factor for rheumatoid arthritis complicated by coronary heart disease(OR=1.694,95%CI=1.181,2.553,P=0.023).Conclusion High Hcy is an independent risk factor in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and coronary heart disease.
