摘要
目的回顾性分析地巴唑滴眼液雾化治疗对减缓儿童青少年近视进展的有效性与安全性。方法采用回顾性研究方法,以2019年1月—2020年1月到四川省成都市第六人民医院门诊部连续6个月开展地巴唑滴眼液眼部雾化且资料完整的30例近视儿童青少年为试验组,并以同期仅佩戴单焦点框架眼镜、未使用其他治疗并按要求随访6个月的近视儿童青少年为对照组。分别于治疗前后进行托吡卡胺散瞳验光、IOL-Master眼轴长度测量,比较两组间屈光度及眼轴长度改变差异,并统计不良反应事件。结果试验组和对照组屈光度进展分别为(-0.40±0.29)D、(-0.59±0.27)D,眼轴增长分别为(+0.16±0.11)mm、(+0.23±0.09)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验期间两组均无严重不良反应事件发生,安全性较高。结论地巴唑滴眼液雾化治疗对于减缓儿童青少年近视进展具有一定控制作用,安全性较高。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the efficacy and safety of dibazole eye drops atomization therapy to slow the progression of myopia in children and adolescents.Methods Retrospective research method was used,30 cases of myopia children with adolescents who completed the development of dibazole eye drops for 6 consecutive months from January 2019 to January 2020 in the outpatient department of The Sixth People’s Hospital of Chengdu were used as the experimental group.Myopic children and adolescents who only wore unifocal frames during the same period without any other treatment and were followed up for 6 months as the control group.Before and after treatment,topicamide dilated myopia optometry and IOLMaster axial length measurements were performed to compare the differences in diopter and axial length between the two groups,and the adverse events were counted.Results The mean progression of myopia in the experimental group and the control group were(-0.40±0.29)D and(-0.59±0.27)D,respectively,and the progress of axial elongation were(+0.16±0.11)mm and(+0.23±0.09)mm,respectively.During the trial,no serious adverse events occurred in both groups,and the safety was high.Conclusion The atomization therapy of diabazole eye drops has a certain control effect on slowing the progression of myopia in children and adolescents,and has high safety.
