全程优质护理用于胃癌患者内镜黏膜切除术后早期的效果及其对并发症的影响研究

Study on the Effect and Complication Control Value of Whole Course High Quality Nursing in Endoscopic Mucosal Resection for Early Gastric Cancer

目的探讨选用内镜黏膜切除(EMR)术给予早期胃癌(EGC)患者治疗时同时加强全程优质护理干预的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月在吉林医药学院附属医院行EMR术的76例EGC患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(38例)围术期给予常规护理,观察组(38例)行全程优质护理。观察两组患者负面情绪缓解、术后疼痛及并发症发生情况。结果观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、评分较对照组明显降低(t=15.622、9.688,P<0.05);观察组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(t=40.593,P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的21.05%(χ~2=4.145,P<0.05)。观察组护理服务态度、心理干预、健康教育及护理过程和结果满意度评分及总评分较对照组明显升高(t=29.356、73.810、26.735、52.881、36.583、23.007,P<0.05)。结论给予EGC患者EMR术治疗期间,围术期加强全程优质护理干预,可帮助患者改善负面情绪,减轻术后疼痛,减少并发症,有助于患者术后康复效果提高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)on early gastric cancer EGC patients and enhance the quality of nursing intervention.Methods Seventy-six patients with EGC who were treated by Ein our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups by random number table,the Control Group(38 cases)received routine nursing,while the Observation Group(38 cases)received full quality nursing,the negative emotion relief,postoperative pain and complications were observed.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=15.622,9.688,P<0.05);The Vas score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The total complication rate was 5.26%,significantly lower than that of the control group(21.05%)(t=40.593,χ~2=4.145,P<0.05);Nursing service attitude,psychological intervention,health education,nursing process and result satisfaction score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the Control Group(t=29.356,73.810,26.735,52.881,36.583,23.007,P<0.05).Conclusion EGC patients were given intensive quality nursing intervention during the period of EAND perioperative period,can help patients to improve their negative emotion,reduce postoperative pain,reduce complications,and help patients to improve postoperative rehabilitation.
