降钙素原、C反应蛋白联合检测在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of Procalcitonin and C-Reactive Protein in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中联合检测降钙素原、C反应蛋白的应用效果。方法选择安徽省宣城市人民医院2018年4月—2019年4月中的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者视作观察组,另外选取100例处于稳定期的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为对照组,均进行降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平测定,分析结果。结果观察组急性加重期的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者C反应蛋白、血清降钙素原水平均明显高于稳定期的对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组治疗后C反应蛋白、血清降钙素原水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组细菌感染患者C反应蛋白、血清降钙素原水平均高于非细菌感染患者(P<0.05)。结论联合检测降钙素原、C反应蛋白能够辅助诊断慢性阻塞性肺疾病,有助于鉴别疾病阶段以及感染情况,指导临床正确用药。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined detection of procalcitonin and c-reactive protein in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 100 acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasepatients in Xuancheng People’s Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at a stable stage were selected as the control group.The levels of procalcitonin and c-reactive protein were measured in all patients,and the results were analyzed.Results In the observation group,c-reactive protein and serum calcitonin raw water in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were significantly higher than those in the control group at the stable stage on average(P<0.05);After treatment,c-reactive protein and serum calcitonin raw water in the observation group were lower than those before treatment on average(P<0.05).In the observation group,the c-reactive protein and serum calcitonin raw water of patients with bacterial infection were higher than those without bacterial infection on average(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of procalcitonin and c-reactive protein can assist in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,help to identify the stage of disease and infection,and guide the correct clinical medication.
