拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of Labetol combined with magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced Hypertension

目的观察拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月兰溪市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的妊娠高血压患者200例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后心率、胎心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率(5.0%)低于对照组(11.0%)(P<0.05)。结论采用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压患者能取得良好的效果,值得临床参考使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of rabeprolol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,200 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension admitted to Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center in Lanxi were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with rabeprolol on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and fetal heart rate after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.0%)was lower than that in the control group(11.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprolol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension can achieve good results,it is worth clinical reference.
