改良雾化面罩在人工气道患者中的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Modified Atomization Mask on Patients with Artificial Airway

目的探讨改良的雾化面罩在人工气道患者中应用疗效。方法收集2017年7月—2018年10月入住ICU 62例建立人工气道患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(32例),对照组采用常规雾化面罩氧疗,观察组采用改良的雾化面罩氧疗。观察氧疗24 h后两组患者的SPO2、动脉血pH、PaCO2、PaO2及湿化效果。结果两组患者PaO2、SPO2、痰液粘稠度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良后的雾化面罩明显改善患者动脉血氧分压,提升血氧饱和度,同时在湿化气道、稀释痰液方面效果明显。

Objective To study the effect of modified atomization mask on patients with artificial airway.Methods62 patients with artificial airway were recruited from ICU.They were divided in two groups,the observation group and control group.The control group was treated with a conventianal atomization mask,and the observation group with an improved atomization mask.The the saturation of blood oxygen,arterial pH,PaCO2,PaO2 and humidification effect in both groups were observed.Results There were significant differences in the saturation of blood oxygen,arterial PaO2,and humidification effect in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved atomization mask could obviously improve arterial partial pressure of oxygen and increase the saturation of blood oxygen.At the same time,it was effective in humidifying the airway and diluting the sputum.
