摘要
目的探讨社区全科教学门诊在基层全科医生培养中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月—2019年3月参加"社区全科教学门诊"的社区全科医生44名为研究对象,以参加社区全科教学门诊的方式对全科医生开展培训,培训3个月后进行评价,分析其临床业务能力和教学能力在培训前后的差异,并开展满意度调查。结果学员对教学门诊的满意度为95.4%(42/44),对带教专家的满意度为100.0%(44/44)。通过教学门诊培训,培训后学员临床技能评分、医患交流技能评分、教学能力评分均高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论社区全科教学门诊能明显提高基层全科医生的临床业务能力和教学能力。
Objective To explore the effect of the community general teaching clinic in the training of general practitioner(GP).Methods Forty-four community GPs who attended the"community general practice teaching clinic"from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.GPs were trained by attending the community general practice teaching clinic,and the evaluation was carried out after 3 months of training.We analyzed the difference of clinical business ability and teaching ability before and after training,and carried out satisfaction survey.Results The GPs’satisfaction to the teaching clinic was 95.4%(42/44),and the satisfaction to the teaching experts was 100.0%(44/44).Through the training of teaching outpatient service,the score of clinical skills,doctor-patient communication skills and teaching ability of trainees after the training were all higher than those before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion The community general practice teaching clinic can effectively improve the GPs’clinical skills and teaching ability.
