护理综合干预对于乳头凹陷产妇产后母乳喂养成功率的研究

Nursing Comprehensive Intervention for the Nipple Depression Maternal Postpartum Breastfeeding Success Rate Research

目的研究综合护理干预应用于乳头凹陷产妇的临床护理中对其母乳喂养成功率的提升效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月期间,宁波大学医学院附属医院接收的90例乳头凹陷产妇,将给予常规护理的45例设为参照组,将给予综合护理干预的45例设为研究组,对比两组产妇的乳头恢复情况和母乳喂养成功率。结果护理干预后,研究组产妇的乳头凹陷整体恢复总有效率95.55%明显优于参照组的80.00%,且研究组产妇的母乳喂养率为97.77%,参照组为77.77%,研究组母乳喂养成功率明显高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对乳头凹陷的产妇给予综合护理干预可以帮助产妇乳头尽是恢复正常,提高产妇的母乳喂养成功率,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the success rate of breast feeding in the clinical nursing of parturients with inverted nipple.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,90 cases of parturients with sunken nipples admitted to the hospital were selected.45 cases given routine nursing care were set as the reference group,and 45 cases given comprehensive nursing intervention were set as the research group.Results After nursing intervention,the total effective rate of overall recovery of nipple depression in the study group was 95.55%,which was significantly better than that of the reference group(80.00%).The breastfeeding rate in the study group was 97.77%,and that in the reference group was 77.77%.The breastfeeding success rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for the parturient with sunken nipple can help the parturient nipple to return to normal and improve the success rate of breastfeeding.
