临床护理干预对无痛分娩产妇分娩结局及产后尿潴留的影响探究

Effect of Clinical Nursing Intervention on Maternal Delivery Outcome and Postpartum Urinary Retention in Painless Delivery

目的探究临床护理干预对无痛分娩产妇分娩结局及产后尿潴留的影响。方法选取2018年6月1日—2018年8月31日期间来浙江省金华市中心医院行无痛分娩的400名产妇,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组200例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在常规护理基础上添加临床护理干预。对两组产妇的临床效果进行比较。结果治疗组分娩结局、新生儿出生1 min后Apgar评分、尿潴留及留置尿管发生率、满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理干预可以对无痛分娩产妇分娩结局行有效改善,降低尿潴留发生率,提高产妇满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention on maternal delivery outcome and postpartum urinary retention in painless delivery.Methods A total of 580 women who had painlessly delivered to Jinhua Central Hospital from January 1,2017 to June 30,2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=290)and the treatment group(n=290).The control group received routine care,and the treatment group received clinical nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.The clinical effects of the two groups of women were compared.Results Apgar score,urinary retention and indwelling catheter incidence and satisfaction were better than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention can effectively improve the outcome of labor delivery in women with painless delivery,reduce the incidence of urinary retention,and improve maternal satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
