整合式健康教育对直肠癌肠造口患者治疗间歇期生活质量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析整合式健康教育对直肠癌肠造口患者治疗间歇期生活质量的影响。方法研究阶段为2016年12月—2018年12月,共纳入研究对象66例,均为直肠癌肠造口患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采取整合式健康教育,比较两组护理效果。结果两组护理前生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评分、健康行为测定量表(HPLP)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组QOLBREF评分、HPLP评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组排便规律、正确护理造口的患者分别为14例(42.42%)、19例(57.58%),观察组排便规律、正确护理造口的患者分别为26例(78.79%)、31例(93.94)。与对照组相比,观察组的护理效果明显较优(P<0.05)。对照组术后并发症11例(33.33%),观察组术后并发症2例(6.06%),观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分各指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对直肠癌肠造口术患者开展整合式健康教育模式可改善其治疗间歇期生活质量,降低并发症发生率,具有明显的临床应用与推广价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of integrated health education on quality of life in patients with rectal cancer enterocolostomy during treatment interval.Methods The study period was from December 2016 to December 2018.A total of 66 patients were included in the study.All of them were colorectal cancer colostomy patients.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group used conventional nursing mode.The observation team took an integrated health education and compared the effects of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in QOL-BREF score and HPLP score between the two groups before care.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,the QOL-BREF score and HPLP score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,14 patients(42.42%)and 19(57.58%)had defecation regulation and correct care of the stoma,respectively.The observing group had 26 patients(78.79%)and 31 patients with proper defecation regulation and proper care of the stoma(93.94).Compared with the control group,the nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complications occurred in 11 cases(33.33%)in the control group and 2 cases(6.06%)in the observation group.The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Meaning.The scores of the nursing quality score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated health education model for patients with rectal cancer enteroostomy can improve their quality of life during treatment interval,reduce complications,and has obvious clinical application and promotion value.
