中西医结合护理促进脑出血显微术后患者康复的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Promoting the Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage after Microsurgery

目的探讨中西医结合护理促进脑出血显微术后患者康复的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月海口市人民医院收治的脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,研究组进行中西医结合护理。比较两组患者Bathel指数、改良Fugl-Meyer评分、神经功能缺损评分、康复效果、满意率。结果护理后,研究组Bathel指数、改良Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组、对照组护理后Bathel指数、改良Fugl-Meyer评分高于护理前,神经功能缺损评分低于护理前(P<0.05)。研究组有效率、满意率均高于对照组(χ~2=5.557、5.670,P<0.05)。结论促进脑出血显微术后患者康复中,中西医结合护理的促进康复效果明显,应该在临床上多加推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in promoting the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after microsurgery.Methods 110 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to Haikou People’s Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.Bathel index,modified Fugl-meyer score,neurological impairment score,rehabilitation effect and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,Bathel index and modified Fugl-meyer scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the neurological impairment scores of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Battel index and the modified Fugl-meyer scores in the study group and the control group were higher than those before nursing,and the neurological impairment scores were lower than those before nursing.The rehabilitation effect and the satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(χ~2=5.557、5.670,P<0.05).Conclusion In promoting the rehabilitation of patients after microsurgery of cerebral hemorrhage,the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect on promoting rehabilitation,which should be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
