二次铝灰资源综合利用制备氧化铝技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 铝工业二次铝灰资源综合利用是当前行业绿色发展面临的共性难题,目前国内对于二次铝灰探索性的开展了一些研究和产业化探索,但是目前尚未形成大规模推广的产业化技术路径。本文基于对二次铝灰成分的分析,采用火法焙烧结合湿法溶出的工艺路径,充分利用二次铝灰中富含氧化铝的特性,通过试验研究两段焙烧二次铝灰资源综合利用制备氧化铝工艺,并结合试验研究对结果进行了深入的分析和讨论,二次铝灰在1150℃温度条件下氮化铝脱除效果最佳,碱铝比为1.0、烧结时间保持40 min条件下溶出效果最佳。 The comprehensive utilization of secondary aluminum dross resources in aluminum industry is a common problem currently faced by the green development of the industry.At present,some researches and industrialization exploration have been carried out for secondary aluminum dross in China,but the industrialization technology path for large-scale promotion has not yet been formed.In this paper,based on the analysis of the composition of secondary aluminum dross,the process path of fire baking combined with wet leaching is adopted to make full use of the characteristics of rich alumina content in secondary aluminum dross.Alumina is prepared via two-stage baking by comprehensive utilization of secondary aluminum dross resources through experimental research,and the results are analyzed and discussed in depth based on the experimental research.The removal effect of aluminum nitride in secondary aluminum dross is best at 1150℃,and the digestion performance is best when the alkali-aluminum ratio is 1.0 and the sintering time is 40 min.
