摘要
本文分析了铝电解质成分及分子比在铝工业生产中的重要性,指出了当前基于传统荧光光谱分析检测电解质分析曲线测量电解质分子比存在的不足。为此,探讨了测氧法分析电解质成分的技术改进内涵、光学原理及快速检测的优势,给出了分子比的计算公式;并开展了测氧法分析电解质成分与郑州有色金属研究院有限公司送样的比对验证试验。对比试验与工业批量检测结果均表明本文阐述的测氧检测技术效果良好、与工艺吻合度高。
This paper analyzes the importance of aluminum bath composition and molecular ratio in aluminum industrial production, and points out the drawbacks of current bath molecular ratio measurement based on traditional fluorescence spectrum to analyze the bath analysis curves. Therefore the technical connotation, optical principle and quick detection advantages of the oxygen measurement method to analyze the bath composition are discussed, and the calculation formula of the molecular ratio is presented. The comparison verification between the oxygen measurement method for analyzing the bath composition and the laboratory analysis from the Zhengzhou non-ferrous metals research institute Co., Ltd., of CHALCO is carried out. The comparative test and industrial batch test results show that the oxygen measurement technology described in this paper has a good effect, which coincides well with the process as well.
