通过对预焙阳极炭块大面裂纹的过程跟踪,从成型生产配方、成型机参数、焙烧填充料质量等方面系统地分析了水平裂纹产生的主要原因,并结合生产实际采取了相应的解决措施,取得了良好的效果。

By tracking the process of large surface cracks forming in pre-baked anode, the main causes of horizontal cracks were systematically analyzed from the aspects of molding forming proportion, molding machine parameters and packing coke quality. Combining with the production practices, the corresponding solutions were carried out and a good result was achieved for this problem.
