摘要
为利用云南某中低品位铝土矿,在研究矿石性质的基础上进行了浮选脱硅试验研究。结果表明:原矿Al_(2)O_(3)含量为43.01%、SiO_(2)含量为9.74%,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占97.04%、捕收剂用量为1100 g/t的条件下,经过"一次粗选+两次精选+一次扫选"的闭路浮选流程处理后,可获得产率为70.11%、Al_(2)O_(3)含量为49.26%、SiO_(2)含量为6.73%的精矿,该精矿满足拜耳法生产氧化铝的要求。
In order to utilize a medium-low grade bauxite in Yunna, the flotation desilication test was carried out on the basis of studying the ore properties. The test results showed that the raw ore contained Al_(2)O_(3) of 43.01% and SiO_(2) of 9.74%, under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounted for 97.04% and collector dosage of 1100 g/t it went through the closed-circuit flotation process of "one roughing + two cleaning + one scavenging", the concentrate could be produced with a yield of 70.11%, Al_(2)O_(3) content of 49.26% and SiO_(2) content of 6.73%. The concentrate could meet the requirements of Bayer process for producing alumina.
