The Chemical Reaction Equation of Young Women’s Crime

青年女性犯罪是行动者主体因素与情境风险因素耦合交互的结果。以化学反应方程式理论剖析青年女性犯罪的生成机制,能更好地触及犯罪本质。文章综合运用SPSS和AMOS分析工具,通过结构方程模型,验证我国青年女性的低自我控制能力、性虐待被害经历、早期不端行为、不良同伴交往、越轨等因素与犯罪的关系,以及社会控制与法律犬儒主义的调节效应。结果表明:低自我控制能力、性虐待被害经历、早期不端、越轨均能预测犯罪行为;不良同伴交往在低自我控制与犯罪关系间起完全中介作用;社会控制在低自我控制对犯罪的影响中起调节作用;法律犬儒主义在不良同伴交往与犯罪间起调节作用。研究结论旨在厘清与揭示青年女性犯罪的影响因素及作用机理,其复杂度提示应从个体决策维度、互动关系维度以及社会支持维度抵消、缓冲、改善行为的风险性,以预防和阻止犯罪发生。

Young women’s crime is the result of the coupled interaction between the subjective factors of the actors and the social factors.Analyzing the generative mechanism of young womens’crime with criminological theories can better touch the essence of crime.Through structural equation modeling,we verified the relationship between low self-control,victimization experience,misbehavior,and poor peer interactions with young women’s transgressions and crimes in China,as well as the moderating effects of social control and legal cynicism.The results show that low self-control,victimization experience,misbehavior,and poor peer interaction are all factors that induce young women to commit crimes.Under the moderating effect of social control and legal cynicism,individuals’criminal behavior will be affected to different degrees.By analyzing the interrelationships among these factors,we can clarify the endogenous mechanisms of female delinquency,and develop effective coping strategies for crime prevention from the perspectives of individual decision-making,interaction and social support.
