赋权视角下印度青年的社会参与

A Research on Youth Social Participation in India from the Perspective of Empowerment

赋权青年就是激发青年在社会参与中的能动性和创造力,使青年主动参与国家政治、经济、文化、社会等各方面的建设,增强青年的获得感和自我实现感。印度政府通过组织赋权、个人赋权、弱势群体赋权等途径激发青年的社会参与,弥补课堂书本教育的不足,对青年职业技能的提升、价值观的形成、社会治理参与等多方面带来积极影响。印度赋权青年社会参与的策略和路径对中国青年的发展促进具有一定的启发和借鉴意义。

Empowering youth is to stimulate their initiative and creativity in social participation,to enhance youth to take part in the construction of nation and society on their own initiative,and to raise youth’s sense of gain and self-realization.The Indian government stimulates the social participation of young people through empowering youth organizations,individuals and vulnerable groups that can supplement the lack of youth study from books or schools and bring positive effects on youth improvement of vocational skills,values,social participation and so no.The strategies and paths of the empowerment of youth social participation in India maybe have certain reference significance for the development and promotion of Chinese youth.
