情感文明:“非升即走”制度下高校青年教师的叙事探究 被引量:1

摘要 在对高校“非升即走”预聘—长聘教师制度的讨论中,教师情感是极少被关注却又是密切影响教师专业发展的重要因素。文章以朱小蔓提出的“情感文明”为理论视角,基于叙事转写和相片合成的方法对该制度下高校青年教师的情感进行叙事建构:“抱怨与自怨”反映青年教师负面情感表达被“非法化”的过程,他们受制于制度氛围而不敢抒发自己的负面情感;“失联与被替代”投射出基膜性联结感的丧失使青年教师从具有自觉、奉献道德感的主体转变为防御、保守的自我中心者。“非升即走”预聘—长聘制度应重视情感文明,包括学校氛围、情感支持、学术共同体及教师自身的情感素养等多方面的建设。 Teachers’emotion is rarely paid attention to but critically related to their professional development when the“Up or Out”tenure-track faculty system is discussed.From the perspective of Zhu Xiaoman’s Emotion Civilization Theory,narratives of young university faculties in the system were studied.The results show that“complaints and guilt”reflects how the negative emotional expressions of young teachers are considered to be illegal and constrained by the system;“de-connected and replaced”reflects the loss of their sense of basal membrane connection which makes young teachers transform from active beings with self-consciousness and dedication to the self-centered conservatives.Emotional civilization should be established in the“Up or Out”system,which needs to be constructed from many aspects,such as school atmosphere,emotional support,academic community and teachers’own emotional literacy.
