在家早教:城市新中产家庭婴幼儿养育策略——基于微信育儿群的参与观察 被引量:3

The Early Education at Home:A Study on Infant Rearing Strategy of Urban New Middle-class Families Based on the Participant Observation of WeChat Parenting Group

摘要 家庭早教和机构早教是儿童早期教育的主要方式,前者优在习得环境,后者长于专业配置。为兼顾两者优势,部分新中产家庭尝试追求一种新的实践策略——在家早教,以实现家庭教育的专业化。基于微信育儿群的参与观察发现,在家早教既是城市新中产家庭应对文化追求与经济地位不同步的养育策略,也是平衡教育的功利性和人文价值的养育理念。情感和知识密集的母职投入与可以提供养育信息、资源和人脉的网络是实现在家早教的重要条件。 Family education and institutional education are the two main ways for development of early children.However,each has its own advantages and disadvantages.For parents,it is difficult to have both the natural learned environment and the professional skills of cultivation in general.In order to cope with the dilemma,some new middle-class families have made an attempt to integrate the strengths of the two educations.That is a new strategy,named early education at home referred to make family education professional.Based on the participant observation of WeChat parenting group,it is found that for parents,the early education at home is not only a parenting strategy to deal with the conflict of high education expectations and limited economic status of family;but also a value balance between educational utilitarianism and pursuit of humanistic literacy.There are two important conditions for the early education at home:mothers who practice an emotional and knowledgeintensive maternal culture and online resources that can meet parenting needs.
