成人初显期青年闲暇参与的动源因素

Secrets Hidden in Leisure Time:Motivational Factors of Emerging Adults’Leisure Participation

成人初显期对于青年来说是一段至关重要且脆弱的阶段,闲暇参与是该阶段青年进行自我探索的重要方式,但关于其动源因素的研究非常匮乏。采用深度访谈法探索成人初显期青年闲暇参与行为的研究结果发现,成人初显期闲暇参与受到同伴影响较大,其动机是为了获得群体认同、安全感与更好的情感表达;青年在闲暇时间内注重学习与自我积累,以积极的态度迎接未来,但是普遍背负着由"隐形承诺"所引起的巨大心理压力,成人初显期青年达成或暂时忘记"隐形承诺"时,可以达到逃离承诺与压力的效果,否则将进入"休闲困境",无法获得全身心的放松。

The emerging adulthood is a critical and vulnerable stage for young people during which leisure participation is an important way of self-exploration by emerging adults,but research on their motivational factors is very scarce.Depth interview was used to explore the leisure participation behaviors of emerging adults.The results found that emerging adults’leisure participation is greatly influenced by their peers,motivated to gain group recognition,security and better emotional expressions.The emerging adults focus on learning and self-accumulation in their leisure time to welcome the future.However,the emerging adults are burdened with widespread psychological stress caused by“hidden commitments”.When the emerging adults reach or temporarily forget the“hidden commitment”,they can escape from commitment and pressure,otherwise,they will enter the“leisure dilemma”and could not get complete relaxation.
