摘要
近年来,"校闹"在我国频繁发生,严重影响了教育的正常秩序和社会的和谐发展,已成为急需解决的社会性问题。相对于国外,"校闹"在我国成为比较突出的问题,这与我国特殊的社会发育形态密切相关,在我国具有特殊的社会性。从社会学视角对"校闹"问题进行的研究发现,公民社会形态发育中公权与私权发展不均衡、法治社会发展进程中法治体系不协调、知识社会教育理念革新中新旧教育理念交替发展等是引发我国"校闹"冲突的主要根源。从"校闹"产生的不利因素看,"校闹"不但会破坏学校教育活动秩序,而且会从社会价值导向、教育者身份认同、教育功能实践、管理理念等方面引发严重的社会危机。应从治理与善治角度在政府职能转变、公民社会建设、学校管理及家校社合作等方面解决"校闹"问题。
In recent years,“school troubles”have occurred more and more frequently in China,which has seriously affected the normal development of education in China.The study of“school troubles” is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in school management.Compared with foreign countries,“school trouble”has become a more prominent problem in China,which is closely related to China’s special social development,and has special sociality in China.From the perspective of sociology,the research explores the mechanism and problems of school trouble in China.Research suggests that the development of civil society,the imperfection of the rule of law,the lack of awareness of values,and changes in educational concepts are the main reasons for conflicts in schools.In the unfavorable factors caused by“school trouble”,“school trouble”will not only destroy the order of school education activities,but also cause serious social crisis from the aspects of social value orientation,educator identity,educational function practice,management concept and so on.From the perspective of governance and good governance,the“school trouble”should be solved in the transformation of government functions,civil society construction,school management and home-school cooperation.
