多发性子宫肌瘤与泌乳素、25-羟维生素D水平的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Multiple Uterine Fibroids and Levels of Prolactin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D

目的:探讨多发性子宫肌瘤与体内泌乳素(PRL)、25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平的相关性。方法:收集2022年1月—2022年12月我院收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究组,收集同期来我院进行健康检查的60例女性为对照组。检测两组入组对象的PRL、25-(OH)D,观察并比较两组的PRL、25-(OH)D水平及研究组不同病理学参数PRL、25-(OH)D水平,分析多发性子宫肌瘤与体内PRL、25-(OH)D水平的相关性。结果:研究组25-(OH)D水平为(22.17±5.32)nmol/L,低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组PRL水平为(40.85±5.77)μIU/mL,高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者肌瘤体积、肌瘤直径、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)与PRL水平存在正相关性,研究组肌瘤体积、肌瘤直径、ER、PR与25-(OH)D水平存在负相关性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多发性子宫肌瘤患者ER、PR、肌瘤体积、肌瘤直径等相关参数均为25-(OH)D、PRL水平的影响因素,能够协助诊断多发性子宫肌瘤。

Objective:This study aims to explore the correlation between multiple uterine fibroids and levels of prolactin(PRL)and 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]in vivo.Methods:A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were collected as the study group,and 60 women who came to the hospital for health examinations during the same period were collected as the control group.The levels of prolactin and 25-(OH)D in two groups of enrolled subjects were detected,the PRL and 25-(OH)D levels in both groups,as well as the different pathological parameters PRL and 25-(OH)D levels in the study group were observed and compared,and the correlation between multiple uterine fibroids and the levels of PRL and 25-(OH)D in vivo was analyzed.Results:The level of 25-(OH)D in the study group was(22.17±5.32)nmol/L,which is lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the PRL level in the study group was(40.85±5.77)μIU/mL,higher than the control group(P<0.05).There is a positive correlation between the volume and diameter of fibroids,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),and PRL levels in the study group,while there is a negative correlation between the volume and diameter of fibroids,ER,PR,and 25-(OH)D levels in the study group,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The parameters such as ER,PR,fibroid volume,and fibroid diameter in patients with multiple uterine fibroids are all influencing factors of 25-(OH)D and PRL levels,which can assist in the diagnosis of multiple uterine fibroids.
