西宁地区低辐射剂量、低对比剂用量和低流速在主动脉CTA中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Low Radiation Dose,Low Contrast Dose and Low Flow Rate in Aortic CTA in Xining Area

摘要 目的:探讨西宁地区低辐射剂量、低对比剂用量和低注射流速在主动脉CT造影(CTA)中的可行性。方法:选择2019年7月—2021年10月主动脉血管CTA检查患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和低剂量组,所有患者均进行64排CT主动脉CTA检查,常规组患者给予常规辐射剂量、常规对比剂用量及常规对比剂注射流速检查,而低剂量组采用低辐射剂量、低对比剂用量和低注射流速模式检查,将检查最终获得的数据运用滤过反投影算法完成数据的处理,比较不同检查方法下图像的CT值、噪声、信噪比、有效辐射剂量(ED)。结果:低剂量组给予低辐射剂量、低对比剂用量和低注射流速检查,患者图像质量5分、4分、3分、2分、1分病例数与常规组检查患者比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);常规组患者主动脉根部、主动脉弓及降主动脉近端图像的CT值、噪声、信噪比比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);低剂量组低辐射剂量、低对比剂用量、低注射减速(简称三低)容积CT剂量(CTDlvol)、剂量程度乘积(DLP)及ED辐射剂量,均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:将低辐射剂量、低对比剂用量和低注射流速用于西宁地区主动脉CTA检查中是可行的,能降低辐射剂量与对比剂用量,且不会影响图像质量,值得推广应用。 Objective:This rescarchisaimed to investigate the feasibility of low radiation dose,low contrast-agent dosage and low injection velocity in CTA in Xining area.Methods:Eighty patients with cardiovascular CTA examination from July 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the subjects.All patients underwent CTA examination of aorta using 64-slice dynamic volume CT.Patients in the routine group were examined by conventional radiation dose,contrast agent dosage and contrast agent injection regimen.In the control group,low radiation dose,low contrast agent dosage and low injection flow rate mode examination were adopted.Filter back projection algorithm was used to complete the data processing,and CT value,noise,signal-to-noise ratio and effective radiation dose(ED)of images under different examination methods were compared.Results:The number of patients with image quality scores 5,4,3,2 and 1 in control group was not statistically significant compared with that in normal group(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in CT value,noise and SNR of aortic root,aortic arch and proximal descending aorta in normal group(P>0.05).The radiation doses of CTDLVOL,DLP and ED in the control group at low radiation dose,low dosage of contrast agent and low injection velocity were all lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to use low radiation dose,low dosage of contrast agent and low injection velocity in cardiovascular CTA examination in Xining area,which can reduce radiation dose and dosage of contrast agent without affecting image quality,being worthy of promotion and application.
