参芪固肾汤对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能和血清炎性因子水平的影响

The Evaluationon the Application Value of Shenqi Gushen Decoction in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨参芪固肾汤在早期糖尿病肾病患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:收集2018年12月—2019年10月于我院就诊的109例早期DN患者,随机分为对照组54例、中医组55例,对照组予以常规治疗,中医组在对照组治疗基础上加用参芪固肾汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的肾功能、炎症因子、生活质量及血糖达标率等,总结参芪固肾汤的临床治疗优势。结果:中医组治疗后血尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、血肌酐(Scr)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组治疗后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组血糖控制达标率及低血糖发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪固肾汤用于早期DN患者,可形成良好的肾功能保护及修复炎症损伤作用,为早期DN患者的血糖控制提供支持。

Objective:This paper is aimed to evaluate the application value of Shenqi Gushen Decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:In December 2018—October 2019 in our hospital,109 cases of early DN patients were randomly divided into 54 cases as control group,55 cases as Chinese medicine group.Control group was treatedby routine therapy,based on which Chinese medicine treatment group was addedto solid renal soup with ginseng and astragalus treatment.After that the two group patients were compared the inflammation factors of renal function and quality of life as well as the blood sugar success rate and so on before and after treatment,summarizing the clinical advantages of ginseng and astragalus solid renal soup.Results:The levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(Cys-C)and serum creatinine(SCR)in TCM group were better than those in control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in TCM group were better than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood glucose control rate and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the TCM group were better than those in the control group,the differences of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of TCM group was higher than that of control group after treatmentwith statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Gushen Decoction can protect renal function and repair the damage caused by inflammation in early DN patients,and can provide supports for blood glucose control in early DN patients.
