摘要 为较全面地评价不同种类改性材料对基质沥青各性能指标的影响,以埃索70#基质沥青为原材料,选取纳米ZnO、纳米SiO_(2)、纳米TiO_(2)3种纳米材料及SEBS、SBR、EVA 3种聚合物材料作为外掺剂制备不同类型改性沥青,通过沥青的针入度、温度扫描、多重应力蠕变恢复、弯曲蠕变劲度等试验对沥青的温度敏感性和高低温性能进行全面研究,并通过6种不同类型改性沥青与基质沥青的对比分析,评价不同类型改性材料对沥青的改性效果。结果表明:在相同制备条件下,6种外掺剂均能改善沥青的感温性能,有利于沥青混合料施工工艺的控制和调整;且这6种外掺剂均能在一定程度上提升沥青高温性能,其中SEBS外掺剂对沥青高温性能提升最为显著;SBR、SEBS、纳米ZnO 3种外掺剂均对沥青低温性能有一定的改善,而纳米SiO_(2)、纳米TiO_(2)、EVA 3种外掺剂均对沥青低温性能产生不利影响。研究结果可为推动多种改性沥青在道路工程中的应用提供参考。 Esso 70# base asphalt is used as raw material to comprehensively evaluate the effects of different modifiers on the performance of base asphalt.Three kinds of nano materials including nano ZnO,nano SiO_(2)and nano TiO_(2)materials together with three kinds of polymer materials including SEBS,SBR and EVA are selected as the additives to prepare different kinds of modified asphalt.The temperature sensitivity and high and low temperature properties of asphalt are studied through penetration degree, temperature scanning, multiple stress creep recovery, bending creep stiffness and other tests.The effects of different modified materials on asphalt are evaluated through the comparative analysis of six types of modified asphalt and base asphalt.The results show that the six addictives can improve the temperature sensitivity of asphalt under the same preparation conditions, which is conducive to controlling and adjusting the construction technology of asphalt mixture.These six additives can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt to a certain extent, among which SEBS is the most significant.SBR,SEBS and nano ZnO can improve the low-temperature performance of asphalt to a certain extent, while nano SiO_(2),nano TiO_(2)and EVA have adverse effects on the perfor-mance.The results can provide reference for promoting the application of various modified asphalt in road engineering.
