东方外交史学科体系构建的提出与推进,是伴随着东方国家整体崛起的自觉学术行动,适应了当今世界发展的大趋势。国家社会在急剧发展,学科体系建设也要跟上时代发展的步伐,甚至需要走在国家社会发展的前面。在近二十年时间里,国内学者提出了构建“东方外交史”学科体系的艰巨课题,已经取得了初步成果。作为前人的研究,需要及时总结,为国家社会发展提供有益的理论支持,现在比任何时候都更加需要总结国家交往互动的有益经验。

The proposal and promotion of the construction of the discipline system of oriental diplomatic history is a conscious academic action accompanied by the rise of eastern countries as a whole,which adapts to the general trend of the development of the world today.With the rapid development of the nation and society,the construction of the discipline system should keep up with the pace of the development of the times,and even need to walk in front of the national social development.In the past 20 years,domestic scholars have put forward the arduous task of constructing the discipline system of oriental diplomatic history,and have achieved preliminary results.As previous studies,it is necessary to sum up in time and provide useful theoretical support for the development of nation and society.Now,more than anything,it is necessary to summarize the beneficial experience of national exchanges and interactions.
