青海省基层干部国家通用语言文字培训情况调研——以大通回族土族自治县极乐乡为例

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of National Standard Spoken and Written Language Training for Grassroots Cadres in Qinghai Province——Taking Jile Township of Datong Hui Tu Autonomous County as an example

青海省各级政府为提高基层干部国家通用语言文字水平,积极开展各项培训工作。从培训师资、培训教材、培训内容、培训模式、培训级别等方面,通过对青海省大通回族土族自治县极乐乡基层干部国家通用语言文字培训情况进行调研,查找基层干部国家通用语言文字培训中存在的问题和不足。针对问题从提升干部学习和使用国家通用语言文字的思想意识,培训制度的建立和完善,培训教材的研发,师资队伍的专业化和精细化建设等方面提供解决策略。希望以此为基层干部国家通用语言文字培训工作提供借鉴和参考。

Governments at all levels in Qinghai Province have actively carried out various training work in order to improve the standard spoken and written language level of grass-roots cadres.From the aspects of training teachers,training materials,training content,training mode and training level,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of the national standard spoken and written language training for grass-roots cadres in Jile Township,Datong Hui Tu Autonomous County,Qinghai Province,and finds out the problems and deficiencies in the national standard spoken and written language training for grass-roots cadres.By enhancing the ideological consciousness of grassroots cadres in learning and using the standard Chinese language,establishing and perfecting the training system,developing training materials,and professionalizing and refining the teaching staff,we hope to provide reference for the training of grassroots cadres in Qinghai Province.
