党的十八大召开以来,习近平总书记对青海生态环境保护一直高度重视,多次发表重要讲话,多次作出重要指示批示。青海绿色经济高质量发展是习近平生态文明思想在青海实践的具体化,具体表现在,构建了青海省绿色经济高质量发展的路径和理念,促进了其转型升级和全面发展。在新的征程上,必须始终坚持习近平生态文明思想的引领,奋力推动青海经济社会发展全面绿色转型、绿色循环低碳发展迈出坚实步伐,谱写全面建设社会主义现代化国家的青海新篇章。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to Qinghai's ecological environment,and has made important speeches and instructions on many occasions.The high-quality development of Qinghai's green economy is the embodiment of Xi Jinping's new ecological civilization thought in Qinghai,which is embodied in the construction of the path and concept of high-quality development of green economy in Qinghai Province,and promotes its transformation,upgrading and comprehensive development.On the new journey,we must always adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,strive to promote Qinghai's comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development,green cycle and low-carbon development,and write a new chapter in Qinghai's comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.
