The Evolution,Characteristics and Enlightenment of the Chinese Communist Party's Cultural Security Concept in the Past 100 Years

文化安全观是总体国家安全观的有机组成部分,是走中国特色社会主义国家安全道路的价值遵循。一百年来,中国共产党在革命、建设和改革的伟大实践中不断丰富着对文化安全的内涵认知,形成了维护文化安全的基本经验。党的十八大以来,更是形成了践行社会主义核心价值观、坚持文化自信等一系列指导文化安全建设的最新理念。纵观百年演进历程,党的文化安全观体现出战略性、时代性、民族性、科学性特点。面对不同时期国内外文化安全领域的风险挑战,党始终坚持以马克思主义理论为理论源头,坚持弘扬优秀中国传统文化,坚持以人民为中心,坚持党对意识形态工作的领导。这为我国更好应对多元社会思潮、营造良社会好舆论环境,继续推进国家安全体系和能力现代化提供了实践启示。

The concept of cultural security is an integral part of the overall concept of national security and is the value to follow on the path of socialist national security with Chinese characteristics.For a hundred years,the CPC has continuously enriched its theoretical understanding of cultural security based on the practice of revolution,construction and formed the basic experience to build cultural security.Since the 18th National Congress,a series of latest concepts to guide the construction of cultural security have been formed,such as socialist core values and cultural self-confidence.Throughout the course of its evolution over the past century,the party's concept of cultural security embodies strategic,epochal,national,and scientific nature,and has always adhered to Marxist theory as the theoretical source,persisted in carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,took Chinese people's well-being as the goal of construction,and always adhered to the party's leadership over ideological work.This also provides practical enlightenment for us to promote the modernization of the national security system and capabilities.
