幕末日本国际秩序观的纵向性构造特征

An Analysis of the Vertical Structure of Japan’s View of International Order in Bakumatsu Period

幕末日本国际秩序观经历了从“海外雄飞”到“尊王攘夷”的时代变迁,并从一开始就暴露出明显的扩张性。而幕末思想家冲破夷狄观念的开国主张也是企图通过侵略邻国来摆脱国内危机,其危机意识遂与日本对外侵略扩张战略相结合。幕末日本思想家面临国际环境巨变的现实,提出重新观察世界和分析国际局势的理念,表明日本前近代国际秩序观既已具有鲜明的纵向性特征,为明治维新后构建双层构造的近代国际秩序观埋下了伏笔。

In Bakumatsu period,Japan’s view of international order experienced the changes from"oversea supremacy"to"respecting the king and revulsing the barbaries",and from the very beginning,it showed obvious expansionary.In Bakumatsu period,facing the reality of great changes in the international environment,the Japanese thinkers put forward the idea of breaking away from the concept of"Yidi",which was also an attempt to get rid of the domestic crisis by invading neighboring countries.Its understanding of re-observing the world and analyzing the international situation obviously goes beyond the simple consciousness of crisis,and is exactly the same with the external logic principle of the European treaty system.This shows that Japan’s pre-modern view of international order has a distinct hierarchical and longitudinal characteristics,foreshadowing the construction of the double-layer structure of the modern view of international order after the Meiji Restoration.
