三种物理因素处理对青海野生唐古特大黄种子萌发的影响

摘要 [目的]为探究唐古特大黄种子萌发的特性,探索提高种子萌发率的方法.[方法]采用单因素控制变量法,研究0、10、20、30、40、50 min不同超声时间,0、20、30、40、50、60℃不同浸种温度以及15、20、25、30、35、40℃不同气温对唐古特大黄种子萌发的影响情况,分别测定三种因素处理条件下种子的发芽势、发芽率及简化活力指数.[结果]在超声处理30min、浸种温度20℃及气温为25℃的处理条件下,唐古特大黄种子的萌发率有显著提升.[结论]采用适当方法处理种子可显著提高种子的萌发率,该方法能有效提高唐古特大黄种子萌发率及成苗率,为唐古特大黄的种苗培育和人工栽培提供参考. [Objective]To investigate the characteristics of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex.Balf seed germination and explore methods to improve seed germination rate.[Methods]The effects of different sonication times of 0,10,20,30,40 and 50 min,different soaking temperatures of 0,20,30,40,50 and 60℃and different temperatures of 15,20,25,30,35 and 40℃on the germination of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex.Balf seeds were investigated using the one-way controlled variable method,and the germination potential,germination rate and simplified vigor index of the seeds were determined under the treatment conditions of the three factors,respectively.[Results]The germination rate of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex.Balf seeds was significantly increased under the treatment conditions of 30 min of ultrasound treatment,20℃of immersion temperature and 25℃of air temperature.[Conclusions]The germination rate of seeds can be significantly improved by treating seeds with appropriate methods.This method can effectively improve the germination rate and seedling establishment rate of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex.Balf seeds,and provide reference for seedling cultivation and artificial cultivation of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex.Balf.
