高原环境复合健身运动对45~55岁中年人免疫球蛋白的影响

摘要 目的探讨研究递增海拔高原环境下进行中等强度有氧运动对世居高原和平原中年人免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)的影响.方法以80名世居高原和平原45~55岁普通中年人为研究对象,分为3组,其中高原组,生活在海拔2260米的西宁市(男:9人,女:16人);平原组,生活在海拔400米的西安市(男:15人,女:14人);对照组,生活在海拔400米的西安余下平原(男:13人,女:13人).分别在实验前、实验第1至第3周的每个周末及观察期末,抽取晨空腹静脉血5毫升分别对免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM进行检测和分析.结果1.与实验前的基础值相比IgG与IgA高、平原组男女在3周训练期稍有上升或下降的波动,但观察期均上升到超出基础值的水平,尤其是平原男子IgG、IgA在3周高原健身期间逐渐提高,且在3700米海拔较2366米海拔值高,但均无显著性差异(P>0.05);2.IgM高平原男女在高原健身3周及观察期与基础值相比均表现出下降的趋势,除平原男子观察期上升到基础值外,其余均低于基础值,但均无显著性差异(P>0.05);3.对照组男女除IgM在健身3周以及观察期稍有下降外,IgG与IgA均表现出与基础值相等的平稳变化.结论4000米以下不同海拔高原环境下进行中等强度有氧健身运动对世居高原和平原中年人IgG、IgA、IgM均无较大的影响.提示,平原人和世居高原人在不同海拔高原环境进行中等强度有氧健身运动,免疫球蛋白未受高原气候的损害,免疫机能未受抑制等现象的发生.说明新进高原的平原人及世居高原人可通过递增海拔结合适度的体育锻炼习服高原低氧环境,进行体育锻炼及作业、建设、旅游等. To investigate the effects of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise upon immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA,IgM)of middle-aged people who have been living in plateaus and plains for generations.Methods:80 people aged from 45 to 55 living in high land and plain areas for many years were recruited and were divided into 3 groups,including the Plateau Group(Group I),the Plain Group(Group II)and the Control Group(Group III).People in Plateau Group live in Xining Plateau at an altitude of 2260 meters(Male:9,Female:16),while people in Plain Group live in Xi’an Plain at an altitude of 400 meters(Male:15,Female:14),The Control Group people live in other plains surrounding Xi’an 400 meters above the seal level(Male:13,Female:13).5 ML of venous blood in the fasting morning was needed for the testing and analysis of immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,and IgM before the experiment,at each weekend from the first to the third week of the experiment as well as the end of observation period.Results:1.Compared with before experiment,levels of IgG and IgA increased after the trial.After physical training for 3 weeks,the test results of both the men and women in the Plain Group had a slight increase or decrease,which was always higher than the baseline value.Especially IgG and IgA of men in the Plain Group are escalating during the 3-week plateau training,showing a higher level of immunoglobulin at altitude 3700 meters above the sea level than the 2366 meters’,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Compared with the baseline values,Men and women in the Plateau and Plain Group showed a decline in trend during the 3-week observation period of plateau fitness.Except for the IgM levels of the men in the Plain Group that rose to the baseline values,all of the rest were beneath the baseline level.However,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Except for a slight decrease in IgM during the 3-week fitness and observation period in the control group,the change of IgG and IgA values were the same as those of the stable baseline values.Conclusion:The moderate-intensity aerobic exercise performing on plateau at different altitudes has no significant impact upon the IgG,IgA,and IgM value in middle-aged people living on the plateau and plains.It has been shown that immunoglobulin will not be affected by the plateau climate when performing medium-intensity aerobic exercise in plateau at different altitudes.The immune function does not appear to be suppressed in crowds who entered high-altitude environment at the first time,which is contrary to previous studies.We recommend that people including both the plains first came to the plateau environment and those who lived on the plateau could accompany the plateau’s hypoxic environment with increasing altitude training to keep fit and for travelling.
