12周FATmax强度运动对肥胖大学生体成分及肌氧饱和度的影响研究

摘要 目的:研究12周脂肪氧化强度最佳(FATmax强度)运动对肥胖大学生体成分、肌氧饱和度影响,并对肌氧饱和度与有氧能力指标的相关性进行分析,为肥胖大学生科学减肥及有氧能力的科学评价提供参考.方法:各取30名肥胖大学生为运动组和对照组,运动组进行12周FATmax运动干预,对照组不进行运动干预.分别在试验前、后对两组受试者体重、体脂率、体质指数(BMI)、肌氧饱和度(SmO_(2))、最大摄氧量(VO)、肺活量(VC)、800/1000m用时、12min跑距离进行测试.结果:(1)试验前后,体重、体脂率、BMI呈现出组间和时间交互作用(P<0.05),试验后运动组各指标显著低于验前和对照组(P<0.05);(2)SmO_(2)、VO_(2)max相对值、VC、12分钟跑距离、800/1000m用时具有组别和时间的交互作用(P<0.05),运动组SmO_(2)、VO_(2)max相对值、VC、12分钟跑距离显著高于试验前及对照组(P<0.05),800/1000m用时显著低于试验前及对照组;(3)SmO_(2)与800/1000m呈负相关(P>0.05),与12min跑距离呈正相关(P<0.05).结论:12周FATmax强度运动能显著改善肥胖大学生体成分,提高SmO_(2)及有氧耐力运动表现,SmO_(2)在一定程度上可用于肥胖大学生有氧能力的评价. Objective:To explore the effects of 12-week maximum fat oxidation(FATmax)intensity exercise on body composition and muscle oxygen saturation of obese college students,and to analyze the correlation between muscle oxygen saturation and aerobic capacity indexes,so as to provide reference for scientific weight loss and aerobic capacity evaluation of obese college students.Methods:60 obese college students were divided into exercise group and control group,the exercise group received FATmax exercise intervention for 12 weeks,and the control group did not receive any form of systematic physical activity.Before and after the experiment,the body weight,body fat percentage,BMI,VO_(2)max,VC,800/1000 m time and 12 min running distance of the two groups were tested.Results:(1)before and after the experiment,body weight,body fat percentage and BMI showed intergroup and time interaction(P<0.05),and all indexes in the exercise group were significantly decreased compared with before and control group(P<0.05).(2)SmO_(2),VO_(2)max relative value,VC,12-minute running distance,800/1000 m time had group and time interaction(P<0.05).SmO_(2),VO_(2)max relative value,VC,12-minute running distance in exercise group were significantly higher than before and control group(P<0.05).The time of 800/1000 m was significantly lower than that before and in the control group.(3)SmO_(2)was negatively correlated with 800/1000 m(P>0.05),and positively correlated with 12 min running distance(P<0.05).Conclusion:12-week FATmax intensity exercise can significantly improve the body composition of obese college students,improve SmO_(2)and aerobic endurance performance,and SmO_(2)can be used to evaluate the aerobic capacity of obese college students to a certain extent.
