摘要
将明胶作为生物活性水凝胶的主要原料,通过与其他机械性能优异、毒性低、生物相容性好或具有其他特殊功能的材料进行结合,不仅可以有效提高明胶水凝胶的机械柔韧性和强度,保持明胶材料生物学性能优异的特点,同时还能赋予材料抗菌、保水、环境响应等性能,已在许多领域展现出优异的性能.主要综述了明胶基水凝胶作为伤口愈合敷料、药物递送、生物活性支架、骨组织修复与再生和3D生物打印方面的研究进展,并展望了明胶基水凝胶在生物医学和组织工程领域的发展方向,以期对明胶基水凝胶的进一步研究和发展具有一定的指导意义.
Using gelatin as the main raw material of bioactive hydrogels has demonstrated excellent performance in many fields.It can not only effectively improve the mechanical flexibility and strength of gelatin hydrogels,maintain the excellent biological properties of gelatin materials,but also endow the materials with antibacterial,water-retaining,environmental response and other properties by combining with other materials with excellent mechanical properties,low toxicity,good biocompatibility or other special functions.This article mainly reviewed the progress of gelatin-based hydrogels as wound healing dressings,drug delivery,bioactive scaffolds,bone tissue repair and regeneration and 3 D bioprinting.The development direction of gelatin-based hydrogels in the fields of biomedicine and tissue engineering was prospected.We hope to have some guiding significance for further research and development of gelatin based hydrogels.
