常温环氧沥青与泡沫沥青冷再生结合使用初探 被引量:2

摘要 为了打破外国厂商对泡沫沥青技术的垄断,促进泡沫沥青技术国产化应用,在全面了解常温环氧沥青材料作用机理的基础上,分析了常温环氧沥青的泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生的性能,对常温环氧沥青的泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生的技术优势进行了探讨。同时,总结了常温环氧沥青的泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生的影响因素与技术要求。基于上述背景,研究泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的材料构成、路面结构与路用性能的基础关系,最后,总结了常温环氧沥青抗滑复合封层特点与此项技术的社会、经济效益。综合分析表明:通过路面结构与新型材料的综合研究,根据结构需求开发具有抗裂性能的"功能型"柔性混合料,对于减少交通管制的困难,加快通车时间,降低路面的建设成本具有重要意义。 To break the monopoly of foreign manufacturers of foam asphalt technology,promote the localization of foamed asphalt technology application,in the full understanding of mechanism of epoxy asphalt materials at room temperature,on the basis of analyzing the normal performance of the foam Li Qing Chang mix of epoxy asphalt cold regeneration,the normal temperature foam Li Qing Chang mix of epoxy asphalt cold regeneration technology advantage is discussed.At the same time,the influencing factors and technical requirements of cold mix regeneration of foamed asphalt asphalt plant at room temperature are summarized.Based on the above background,the basic relationship between the material composition,pavement structure and pavement performance of foamed asphalt cold regenerated mixture was studied.Finally,the characteristics of epoxy asphalt skid resistant composite sealant at room temperature and the social and economic benefits of this technology were summarized.The comprehensive analysis shows that through the comprehensive study of pavement structure and new material,the development of"functional"flexible mixture with anti-crack performance according to the structural requirements is of great significance to reduce the difficulty of traffic control,speed up the opening time and reduce the construction cost of pavement.
