Exploring the reform of comprehensive administrative enforcement of laws in education is an important reform direction in the new era.Its systematic efficiency relies on the realization of in-depth integration of various types of administrative enforcement resources.However,the current system is still far from the ideal state.It is urgent to solve the problems faced by comprehensive law enforcement departments,including the lack of ability to undertake professional law enforcement matters,backward ways to obtain clues of law enforcement,and rare power decentralization to lower-level governments.In the future,it is imperative to balance the scope of power transfer and process optimization of cross-departmental cooperation in administrative enforcement of educational laws,respect the logic of educational administrative law enforcement and give full play to the leading role of educational administrative departments,innovate the ways and improve the intelligent level of educational administrative law enforcement,and strive to explore the reform path of comprehensive administrative enforcement of educational laws to build up a system with scientific power allocation,optimized process,systematic security,and sufficient technical support.
