实现共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是中国共产党一直以来不懈追求与探索的目标。在后扶贫时代,推进共同富裕的价值逻辑主要体现在它既是社会公平的核心价值追求,也彰显着社会主义制度优越性,这对于推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、推动社会主义现代化强国的全面建设意义重大。后扶贫时代推进共同富裕的框架可以从目标导向、理念导向、治理导向和方式导向等维度进行搭建,在行动上始终将“以人民为中心”作为共同富裕价值核心,把增强相对贫困人口内生动力作为共同富裕注入强劲动力,从单一视角向多维视角转换并拓宽共同富裕实现路径,以更“精准”的扶贫方式筑牢共同富裕根基;在路径上以高质量发展推动共同富裕的长效开展,通过内源性扶贫进一步巩固共同富裕成果,以文化扶贫强化相对贫困人口在:推动共同富裕中的主体作用,探索相对贫困治理的长效制度,为实现共同富裕保驾护航。

Achieving common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,and it is also the goal that the Communist Party of China has been pursuing and exploring unremittingly In the post poverty alleviation era,the value logic of promoting common prosperity is mainly reflected in the fact that it is the core value pursuit of social justice and the superiority of the socialist system,which is also significant for promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity and the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist power.The framework for promoting common prosperity in the post poverty alleviation era can be built from the following dimensions:goal orientation,concept orientation,governance orientation and mode orientation.In the course of action,the"people as the center"is the core of common prosperity value,the internal power of the poor is injected into the common prosperity and the path of common prosperity can be broadened from a single to multi-dimensional perspective,we should build the foundation of common prosperity in a more accurate way to help the poor,promote the long-term development of common prosperity through highquality development,further consolidate the common prosperity achievements through endogenous poverty alleviation,strengthen the main role of the poor in promoting common prosperity by cultural poverty alleviation,explore the long-term system of poverty governance to ensure common prosperity.
