社会秩序的存在要求有一种对共同性原则存在的认可和承认,彼此在相互性意识中实现对共同性原则的接纳和践行,这成为共同性秩序可以发生的社会基础所在,它使得秩序的发生真正建立在文化的基础之上。因而,理解秩序存在的文化基础的核心就在于可以化分散为一体的价值观念意义上的统合性力量的存在。由此,基于文化意义上的彼此间共同性的构建成为共同性意识得以塑造和强化的根本所在。而这种共同体意识的存在,在形势上犹如一座宏大建筑物,其构成的诸多要素相互组合搭建而成为一体性的存在。我们因此便需要从个人、社会与文化的诸向度上,去理解铸牢中华民族共同体意识实践中作为共同体而持久存在的有着自身包容多样性和差异性的支撑性力量的作用发挥。
