Placed in the time and space context of the May Fourth Movement for centuries,the patriotism has a passion for the Chinese nation,adheres to socialism,and supports the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Over the past 100 years,the cornerstone of patriotism has been immersed and eroded by the wave of cosmopolitanism and modernization.It is manifested by the lack of confidence in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the lack of confidence in the success of socialism,and the lack of confidence in the long-term governance of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,in grasping the relationship between the nation and the world,we must strengthen our confidence in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,firmly strengthen the confidence that socialism must win in grasping the relationship between socialism and capitalism,and firmly adhere to the confidence of the Communist Party in its long-term ruling in grasping the relationship between the ruling party and the state.That is the cornerstone of confidence that has stabilized patriotism for centuries.
