摘要
明太鱼是朝鲜族对太平洋狭鳕的独特称呼,并由朝鲜族根据自身文化特点和生活环境对其进行了多种形式的开发。在近代,朝鲜半岛居民向四周迁徙,明太鱼也随人口迁移成为享誉东北亚地区的特色美食,并在民族交流交往中不断融合其它食材和烹饪技法,拓展为颇受本地区居民喜爱的明太鱼"菜系"。在现代化和全球化的推动下,东北亚地区围绕明太鱼形成了门类齐全、具有跨国分工的产业体系,成为区域内国际交流的重要媒介。本文通过深描明太鱼的文化属性,分析围绕明太鱼形成的民族互动关系,并通过当代明太鱼产业的发展探究区域性合作进程,为东北亚命运共同体建设提供借鉴。
Walleye Pollack is the name for Pacific pollack by the Korean nationality,they developed it into many forms according to their cultural features and living environment.In modern times,the people on Korean peninsula moved around,Walleye Pollack became the famous food with the movement in northeast Asia,and fixed with other food materials and new cooking ways in interaction of ethnic groups and expanded as"style of cooking"be loved by local residents.With modernization and globalization,industry system that is complete in range and with international division of labors has been formed centered on Walleye Pollack in northeast Asia,and the important media for international exchange.The paper deeply described the culture attributes of it to analyze the national interaction relationship centered on it,to explore regional cooperation process through the walleye pollack industry,and provide suggestions for constructing the northeast Asia community of shared future.
