As an innovative mechanism of urban social governance,"three social linkage"plays an important role in urban integration of floating population.This paper discusses the function and operating mechanism of the social support system for the floating population of ethnic groups from the perspective of"three social linkage".From the perspective of the deep integration of community,social organization and social workers,a comprehensive plan to build the social support system for the floating population of ethnic minorities will undoubtedly have a profound influence on the urban integration of this group.
